1. Information We Collect
When you register an account or purchase a service, we collect contact information including your full name, email address, phone number (for billing verification and SMS alerts where enabled), and billing address. We do not store sensitive payment card numbers directly; all payment card and UPI transactions are processed through encrypted, RBI-compliant payment gateways.
2. How We Use Your Data
Collected data is used exclusively to provision your server containers, send transactional receipts, issue renewal reminders, verify legitimate account ownership during support tickets, and maintain network security. We never sell, rent, or trade customer data to advertising brokers.
3. Server Access and Customer Content
Customer files (such as Minecraft worlds, Discord bot scripts, and web files) remain confidential. SM Cloud support personnel will only inspect file systems when explicitly requested by the customer to diagnose a technical malfunction or when mandated by law enforcement investigations.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Customers may request account closure and permanent deletion of associated personal records and server snapshots by opening a billing support ticket, subject to statutory tax invoice retention obligations under Indian law.
